The massive and bizarre towers of San Martino rise from the rocky plateau. Anyone who climbs here on the southernmost massif of the Dolomites needs strong nerves – and just as strong material. We have designed our MERINO SHIELD TEC line especially for these long alpine routes!

The extremely abrasion-resistant outer material of the men’s PALA PANTS withstands over 50,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which verifies abrasion resistance. Additional inserts in the preformed knee area offer maximum protection from rough rocks. The four-way stretch material allows maximum freedom of movement, supported by an athletic cut. Thanks to the membrane-free structure, the men’s PALA PANTS are particularly breathable, while the fine Merino wool inside and the MERINO MESH at the waist ensure high comfort. Thanks to the harness and backpack-optimized top pockets and the map pocket, everything you need is always within reach. The ability to adjust the hem and waistband ensures an optimal fit for every movement. For the sake of the environment, the entire MERINO SHIELD TEC line is also completely PFC-free and climate-neutral with CO2 compensation.
