Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, republication or use for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Owner is prohibited. Downloading or printing content is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Images and technical specifications
The images and technical specifications of the products published on the Site are indicative. While the Data Controller undertakes to keep the information up to date, it does not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete or current. The images are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.
4. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Luca Castelli SA does not warrant that the site is free of errors, interruptions, viruses or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner disclaims any liability for:
- direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Site;
- third-party content accessible via hyperlinks;
- loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
5. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to external sites not managed by Luca Castelli SA. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or warranty. The use of third-party websites is the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Lawful use of the site

The use of the Site by users under 18 is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Owner reserves the right to refuse communications or requests received from unauthorized minors.
9. Returns and Returns (Online Purchases)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide reasons, except for exceptions provided by law.
Conditions for return:
- Products must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with original labels intact.
- Returns of clothing items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
Return costs applied:
- Switzerland: CHF 25 / CHF 150
- Foreign (EU): EUR 400.- / EUR 550.
- For high-value products, a deduction of up to 15 percent of the value of the good may be applied.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing by the Holder.
Biohort products: for all Biohort products, it is not possible to cancel the order or claim compensation or a return.
Timber, granite, and Lawn tractor products and goods supplied/delivered on pallets or in bundles: it is not possible to cancel the order or claim compensation or a return.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the Court of Bellinzona or Arbedo-Castione (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If the user is a consumer residing in the EU, the mandatory rights guaranteed by the legislation of their member state remain unaffected.
