The TRAVERSE backpacks are designed for year-round use on small and large peaks, while the TRAVERSE 28S is used for extended day hikes or multi-day trips.

A properly ventilated back system and good load distribution are particularly important for backpacks. Thanks to the ribbed mesh fabric and perforated foam of the back pads, the Comfort Contact back system offers abundant air circulation and greater carrying comfort. The ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and wide hip belt distribute the weight evenly across the contact surfaces.

The TRAVERSE 28S also has a lot to offer from a technical standpoint: its main compartment with several additional compartments offers sufficient space for equipment, while smaller items can be quickly stored in the front sliding compartment. A water bottle is always within reach in the elasticated side compartments. The integrated helmet net, gear loops at the end of the shoulder straps, and pole attachment make the TRAVERSE 28S the ideal companion for alpine terrain. Other features such as hydration system compatibility, rain cover, hip pocket, and sunglasses holder on the shoulder straps complete this versatile backpack.

In terms of sustainability, the outer material is now made from 72% recycled polyamide, which makes the TRAVERSE 28S extremely robust and minimizes its environmental footprint. The TRAVERSE 28S is therefore the perfect companion for mountain adventures in both summer and winter.
