The STIHL MSA 300 C-O R cordless rescue saw offers special features designed specifically for rescuers, allowing tasks in rescue operations to be performed more quickly and effectively. Thanks to STIHL’s first cordless rescue saw, firefighters and rescuers from the federal technical relief agency can work precisely and cut even resistant materials like sheet metal, bitumen board, or reinforced glass. Especially in environments where exhaust gases are undesirable, the rescue chainsaw with the extremely robust STIHL Rapid Duro R carbide chain reinforced with impact-resistant carbide plates offers great added value.

The enormous electrical power of 3.0 kW is converted into a chain speed of up to 30 m/s thanks to the powerful STIHL AP 500 S battery developed specifically for this chainsaw. Another advantage of the STIHL MSA 300 C-O R is its robust and weather-resistant structure. The STIHL anti-vibration system reduces vibrations, thus relieving stress on muscles and joints. The oil sensor also constantly measures the amount of adhesive oil in the chain, allowing you to work without interruptions.

To protect the power electronics and the motor, the MSA 300 C-O R is equipped with an easily accessible and easy-to-clean cooling air filter that filters dust and chips from the cooling airflow. The STIHL MSA 300 is the first STIHL chainsaw equipped with an operational and notification cockpit that provides all essential data and information about the chainsaw.

The STIHL MSA 300 C-O R cordless chainsaw is network-ready via STIHL connected thanks to the Smart Connector 2 A.

All battery devices in the STIHL AP system are designed for regular professional use even in adverse weather conditions. They are therefore equipped with certified splash water protection. Effectiveness is demonstrated by rigorous internal tests. The splash water protection test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard. In the case of the STIHL MSA 300 C-O R, the splash water protection already demonstrated in internal tests has been further certified according to the IPX4 protection grade.

Note: STIHL recommends STIHL SynthPlus, STIHL BioPlus, and STIHL ForestPlus chain oils. Other light-colored vegetable or mineral-based chain lubricants can also be used.
