CONTACT 9.8 mm is a single rope designed for indoor and crag climbing. It benefits from an excellent compromise between lightness and resistance for greater versatility. Thanks to its excellent grip and manoeuvrability, manoeuvring and using belay devices are facilitated. The thickness of the sock also contributes to its resistance.

Comfort of use:
– flexible rope that facilitates the feeding of rope in belay devices,
– EverFlex treatment: specific heat treatment that stabilizes the wires and makes the rope more homogeneous. It guarantees excellent grip and constant handling over time,
– ClimbReady furling: specific furling to make the rope ready for use. It prevents incorrect unwinding manoeuvres by the user and increases longevity.
Griple that facilitates manoeuvres:
– excellent lightness/diameter/grip ratio,
– grip of 40 spindles for better control,
– Middle Mark: half-rope distinction to facilitate manoeuvres.
Resistance:
– thick sheath that guarantees excellent abrasion resistance,
– UltraSonic Finish: the core and the sheath are joined at their ends thanks to an ultrasonic finish called UltraSonic Finish. It allows for longer life and prevents the end of the rope from breaking.
