Mobile rope fall arrester with locking function

The ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester is designed to facilitate the user’s manoeuvres when ascending ropes. Under normal conditions of use, the device slides freely on the rope, without any manual intervention, to accompany the user in his movements. In the event of a collision or sudden acceleration, the fall arrester locks onto the rope and stops the user. The integrated locking function allows the user to stop the device to reduce the height of the fall. The connecting lever makes the system unmissable when overcoming fractions. The ASAP LOCK is used with an ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber to work away from the rope.

Description Permanent fall protection:
– stops falls, slips and uncontrolled descents,
– works on vertical or inclined ropes,
– locks onto the rope even if you grab the device during the fall.
Locking function integrated into the fall arrester that allows the user to stop the device to reduce the height of the fall. In strong winds, this function also prevents the rope from being pulled upwards.
Easy to use and effective:
– it slides up and down the rope, without manual intervention,
– it is easily installed and uninstalled at any point of the rope,
– the connecting lever makes the system unmissable when overcoming splits,
– it is used with an energy absorber to work far from the rope: ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS. The latter allows up to 250 kg to be used as part of a two-person rescue.
