Lightweight asymmetric carabiner

The lightweight asymmetric Am’D carabiner is made of aluminum. It features a D-shape particularly suited for connecting various devices such as descenders or positioning lanyards. The fluid internal design and Keylock system facilitate handling. The Am’D carabiner is available with three locking systems: TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK automatic systems and SCREW-LOCK manual system. Am’D can be combined with the CAPTIV positioning bar to promote loading of the carabiner along the major axis, reduce the risk of cross-loading, and keep it integrated with the device.

Aluminum carabiner whose light weight reduces the weight of equipment carried by workers at height.
Can be combined with the CAPTIV positioning bar to promote loading of the carabiner along the major axis, reduce the risk of cross-loading, and keep it integrated with the device.
Facilitates handling:
– fluid internal design to reduce the risk of snagging and facilitate rotation of the carabiner,
– Keylock system to avoid involuntary snagging of the carabiner.
H-profile:
– ensures the best strength-to-weight ratio,
– protects markings from abrasion.
Available with three locking system versions:
– TRIACT-LOCK: automatic system with triple-action opening,
– BALL-LOCK: automatic system with triple-action opening and locking indicator,
– SCREW-LOCK: manual screw system with red visual indicator when the carabiner is not locked.
Also available in black version (TRIACT-LOCK and SCREW-LOCK versions) and gold version (TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK versions).
