The answer is the men’s WESTALPEN SOFTSHELL JACKET, with an innovative material mix featuring Merino wool that combines breathability and durability. 100% reliable, so you can fully focus on the mountain.

The elastic MERINO NATURETEC material mix and the robust MERINO NATURETEC RIPS inserts in the knee area make these pants extremely durable, breathable, and comfortable. The Merino wool inner lining ensures maximum comfort, while the sturdy outer fabric is water-repellent and windproof.

Particularly ingenious is the Quick-Gaiter system, which completely replaces the gaiter. Thanks to a tunnel structure, the hem can be adjusted quickly and easily to fit perfectly over the mountain boot. An abrasion-resistant Dyneema® loop and a lace hook keep the pants in place while you walk.

Other features designed for mountaineers include Dyneema®-CORDURA® edge protectors, side ventilation zippers, pre-shaped knee area, and adjustable waistband.
