The extremely abrasion-resistant outer material of the women’s PALA HOODED JACKET can withstand more than 50,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which measures abrasion resistance. Additional inserts in particularly exposed areas such as shoulders, forearms, and sides offer maximum protection against the hardest rocks. The 4-way stretch material ensures complete freedom of movement, supported by an athletic cut and pre-shaped elbow zones. Thanks to the membrane-free construction, the women’s PALA HOODED JACKET is particularly breathable, while the fine merino wool inside makes it even more comfortable to wear.

The self-adjusting hood fits over a climbing helmet, and the cuffs and hem are elasticated and comfortable. Thanks to the high-reach performance fit, the women’s PALA HOODED JACKET adapts to your every movement and is completely climbing-oriented. The chest pocket and two front pockets optimized for harness and backpack offer space for small items that need to be quickly accessible during a long day of climbing.

For environmental protection, the entire MERINO SHIELD TEC line is completely PFC-free and climate-neutral thanks to CO2 offsetting. With its fresh look, the women’s PALA HOODED JACKET is ready for big climbing lines on the highest rock walls.
