La Sportiva TX1 – Approach Shoes

Tackle different types of terrain and explore new crags and boulders with the La Sportiva TX1, lightweight and breathable approach shoes designed to deliver comfort, stability and precision.

Ideal for warmer days, they perform with versatility both during approaches to the wall and in less demanding climbing sessions and at the gym.

The low-profile design, combined with a flat rocker and a 5 mm drop, improves sensitivity, precision and stability on different types of terrain. The asymmetric upper ensures a precise fit and greater support on technical passages, while the wrap-around heel helps keep the foot stable.

The Vibram® MegaGrip™ sole offers excellent grip both during walking and on smearing passages. The Climbing Zone on the toe further increases precision when the terrain becomes more technical.

The synthetic upper, lightweight and breathable, is made from recycled polyester/PU and is designed to guarantee high abrasion resistance. The TPU reinforced toe protects the toes without excessively weighing down the shoe.

The wide fit reduces pressure points and, together with the 4 mm Ortholite® Hybrid™ insole, ensures prolonged comfort even during the longest days.

Thanks to the Resole Platform insert, the TX1 are also designed to facilitate repair and resoling with original La Sportiva soles, helping to extend the shoe’s life cycle.
