Upper material: Waterproof leather, hydrophobic, breathable (5.0 mg/cm²/h), 2.0 – 2.2 mm thick. Inner lining: GORE-TEX® Performance, 4-layer GORE-TEX® laminate, waterproof and breathable. Highly abrasion-resistant lining fabric with fleece interlayer. Optimal climate comfort for colder seasons under highest stress. Enhanced chemical protection. Fleece insole: Moisture-absorbing fleece insole. Insert: Comfortable, cushioning, moisture-wicking. Separate heel cup provides good cushioning and foot guidance. “AIRFLOW” channels. Penetration-resistant sole: Flexible, lightweight and penetration-resistant metallic sole insert. Sole: Rubber/PU sole with robust street/terrain tread, enhanced rolling comfort, abrasion-resistant and slip-resistant – even in cold conditions. The PU cushioning wedge with its low weight ensures excellent walking properties. Very good insulation against cold. The outsole is heat-, oil- and petrol-resistant and non-marking. HAIX® Composite protective toe cap: Anatomically shaped, ultra-lightweight protective toe cap made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic for highest safety requirements. HAIX® Climate System: The HAIX® Climate System uses the pumping motion created when walking and transports moisture to the ventilation openings on the shaft and tongue. HAIX® Vario Wide Fit System: The shoe can be individually adjusted in width using 3 different insoles. The red insole (medium) is supplied with the shoe. An insole in yellow (wide) and blue (narrow) must be ordered separately. Sun Reflect: Reduces the heating effect of the upper leather from sun exposure. Sunlight is reflected by the leather, so less heat is conducted to the foot. Other features: High-quality easy-lace elements, reinforcement in the toe area.
