The STIHL M Battery Charging Cabinet is the ideal professional solution for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries in the STIHL system. Designed in collaboration with ASECOS, a leading manufacturer of fire-rated safety cabinets, it’s designed for forestry companies, gardeners, municipalities, landscaping businesses, and all professionals who use battery-powered tools daily.

The cabinet is certified to EN 14470-1 Type 90, guaranteeing fire resistance of at least 90 minutes both from outside to inside and from inside to outside. This protection helps reduce the risks associated with charging lithium-ion batteries, safeguarding people, buildings, and equipment.

The structure is made of high-quality steel with a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish, corrosion-resistant and designed for intensive use. The doors feature automatic three-point locking with a security lock and closing damper, ensuring convenience and maximum protection against unauthorized access.

The cabinet integrates a smoke detector, an acoustic alarm system, and a dry contact for connection to external signaling systems, enabling continuous monitoring during charging operations. For greater security, an optional module for remote alarm transmission is also available.

The interior is equipped with 16 electrical outlets, four shelves, and space for installing up to 4 STIHL AL 301-4 chargers, allowing simultaneous charging of up to 16 STIHL AP batteries. Power is supplied via a three-phase 400 V connection, with a maximum charging power of 4.6 kW.

Thanks to its compact dimensions (599 × 615 × 1,953 mm) and adjustable feet with integrated transport base, the cabinet can be easily installed inside workshops, storage facilities, and professional warehouses. For safety reasons, ground-floor installation is recommended, in a position that allows rapid evacuation in case of emergency.
