The STIHL FSA 70 R battery-powered brush cutter from the STIHL AK system impresses with its combination of good cutting capacity and low weight for private work in the home garden, such as cutting medium-height grass, trimming lawn edges, and finishing work. The STIHL FSA 70 R offers particular comfort thanks to the Rapid Click system. With this system, you can easily and quickly remove the cutting head with just the press of a button. With Advanced EasySpool, you can conveniently wind the cutting head with new line by hand.

The brushless EC motor can be adjusted directly on the control handle via variable speed control with 2 speed levels, depending on the application. Choose a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1), for example, for simpler tasks like trimming lawn edges. This way, you have lower energy consumption and can extend the battery life. For more demanding work, such as cutting dense grass, you can use the maximum speed by simply switching to level 2 with the slide switch. The speed automatically adapts to the mounted cutting tool and can be continuously adjusted. Additionally, the intelligent electronics allow the FSA 70 R to operate consistently at high power regardless of the battery charge state.

The compact design of the well-balanced STIHL FSA 70 R and the circular handle with soft component support flexible work with plenty of freedom of movement, when cutting between trees and bushes and in other narrow areas. Additionally, the tool-free adjustable circular handle allows easy adjustment to your height, so you always have an ergonomic working posture.

The STIHL FSA 70 R comes standard with the AutoCut C 12-2 mowing head, which can be replaced without tools.
