With Advanced EasySpool, you can conveniently wind the line into the mowing head by hand.

The brushless EC motor can be controlled directly from the handle via variable speed adjustment with 2 speed levels. For simpler tasks like lawn edging, choose a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1). This reduces energy consumption and extends battery life. For more demanding jobs like mowing thick grass, simply switch to level 2 via the slide switch for maximum speed. The speed automatically adapts to the mounted cutting tool and can be continuously adjusted. Additionally, intelligent electronics allow the FSA 110 R to operate at consistently high performance, regardless of the battery’s charge level.

Compact and well-balanced, the STIHL FSA 110 R allows for flexible work with plenty of freedom of movement thanks to the loop handle with soft-grip component. This is especially useful for trimming in tight spaces, when mowing between trees and shrubs, or in other narrow areas. Furthermore, the tool-free adjustable loop handle allows for easy adjustment to your height, ensuring an ergonomic working posture at all times.

The FSA 110 R battery brush cutter is so quiet that it can be used without ear protection and even in noise-sensitive areas such as schools, hospitals, or city parks.

For mowing tasks, we recommend using 2.4 mm diameter round mowing line. As an optional accessory, the STIHL PolyCut 12-2 mowing head with plastic blades is also available and can be replaced without tools. Thanks to the practical hanging loop, you can hang the STIHL FSA 110 R on the wall.

All battery devices in the STIHL AP system are designed for regular professional use, even in adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they feature tested splash water protection. Effectiveness is proven by rigorous internal testing. The splash water test is based, among others, on the IPX4 standard. The FSA 110 R battery brush cutter is also suitable for working in the rain.
