Cleaning brush with groove cleaner
In the guide bar groove, on the oil hole or on the cylinder fins of your STIHL chainsaw, you can first remove coarse dirt by scraping it with the metal blade of the groove scraper and brushing away loose dirt particles with the plastic bristles of the cleaning brush. Then spray all parts with STIHL VarioClean Eco. This is a specially developed gentle universal cleaner in which 92% of the ingredients are of natural origin. With this eco-friendly cleaner you can quickly and effectively remove dirt from all plastic surfaces, metals such as iron or aluminium, rubber surfaces and even paint. Sprayed on the chainsaw chain, bar or tool housing, it dissolves oil, grease, resin and organic dirt. STIHL VarioClean Eco with biodegradable surfactants is Ecocert certified and can simply be rinsed off with water.
Cleaning the HD2 air filter of your chainsaw is particularly easy with STIHL VarioClean Eco: after spraying STIHL VarioClean Eco and a short exposure time, you can rinse the filter with warm water. This restores the filter to almost new condition, so a new filter is not necessary and the environment is protected.
