STIHL BRA 500 battery-powered blower (tool only)

The powerful STIHL BRA 500 cordless backpack blower is ideal for landscaping professionals and public authorities for the efficient cleaning of large areas in parks, lawns, paths, and streets. Thanks to its extremely high blowing force of up to 32 N, it can quickly remove even wet and heavy leaves, grass clippings, hedge trimmings, or debris. Furthermore, the BRA 500’s blowing power remains constant throughout the battery life, with no drop in performance during use.

Thanks to the STIHL Noise Reduction system, the BRA 500 operates particularly quietly, making it ideal for use in noise-sensitive areas. The reduction of high frequencies also contributes to a more pleasant sound.

The high-performance EC motor, which is virtually wear-free, ensures smooth operation and low vibrations. The energy required for its high power is supplied by 2 STIHL AP batteries. For optimal energy management, you can adjust the power via the digital control unit on the one-handed multi-function handle, choosing from 4 predefined levels (levels 1–3 and continuous Boost mode). The display also shows useful information such as the battery charge status.

The BRA 500 is equipped as standard with the STIHL connected system, which allows you, for example, to activate the energy-saving mode via the app for less demanding tasks, significantly extending the runtime.

The quick-adjustable blower tube can be shortened in seconds for working in tight spaces and then extended again just as easily. The weight of this professional blower is distributed evenly and comfortably across the back thanks to the ergonomic carrying system with S-shaped shoulder straps and a hip belt.

For maximum performance with the BRA 500, we recommend using 2 STIHL AP 500 S batteries. For less demanding tasks, you can also use 2 STIHL AP 200 / AP 200 S batteries or 2 STIHL AP 300 / AP 300 S batteries.
