Ventral rope clamp for large diameter ropes

Designed for rope ascents, the CROLL ventral ascender is easy to use. The connection holes ensure effective positioning on ascents. Thanks to the wide rope passage groove, it adapts perfectly to large-diameter, bulging or stiff ropes, reducing chafing. It is compatible with ropes with a diameter between 8 and 13 mm.

description Effective and easy to use for rope ascents:
– it is used in addition to the BASIC ascender, or an ASCENSION ascender handle, for rope ascents.
– Twisted bottom hole to keep the ventral ascender snug to the body,
– Upper hole to attach a TORSE harness and keep the ascender in place,
– Lever opening for quick and easy use.
Optimized performance for ropes with a large diameter:
– wide rope passage groove to reduce rubbing on large-diameter, swollen or stiff ropes,
– compatible with ropes with a diameter between 8 and 13 mm.
Suitable for all conditions of use:
– notched cam with groove to eliminate impurities to optimize operation in any condition (frozen rope, muddy rope…),
– stainless steel cam to improve corrosion resistance.
