Peltor ComTac VIII is a high-quality hearing protector designed to the exacting standards for military and police operations. The Peltor ComTac VIII hearing protection effectively protects against impulsive noise and constant noise, while increasing auditory situational awareness by listening to ambient sounds. A special feature is the outward-facing microphones for external noise detection, which are also placed in an ear-like funnel-shaped position, which provides more natural sound and better directional listening. This high-end headphone also offers advanced features such as Mission Audio Profiles (MAPs) to maximize auditory perception depending on the environment, as well as the ability to choose between classic and advanced settings for custom sound profiles. In combination with the E-A-R Classic passive earplugs, the Peltor ComTac VIII can achieve even greater isolation for the best hearing protection even in the event of high numbers of blows or large-caliber explosions.
