Upper material: Hydrophobic nubuck leather upper with a thickness of 2.6 – 2.8 mm and robust textile material with camouflage pattern. Inner lining: GORE-TEX® Performance: The 4-layer GORE-TEX® laminate makes the shoe waterproof and breathable. Highly abrasion-resistant lining fabric with fleece midlayer. Optimal climate comfort for all seasons under the highest demands. Increased chemical protection. Plastic/fleece insole: The moisture-absorbing plastic/fleece insole is dimensionally stable, torsion-resistant, and reduces localized pressure, e.g., from stones. Insert: Comfortable, cushioning, and moisture-wicking. A separate heel cup ensures good cushioning and foot guidance. Sole: The rubber/PU sole with a proven road/terrain profile is abrasion-resistant and non-slip. Optimal step and roll behavior thanks to sporty toe and heel springing. HAIX® Vario Wide Fit System: The width of the shoe can be individually adjusted using three different insoles. The red insert (medium) is supplied with the shoe. An insole in yellow (wide) and blue (narrow) can be ordered separately. HAIX® Climate System: The HAIX® Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking to transport moisture via the Micro-Dry lining to the ventilation openings on the tongue.
