Particular attention has been paid to ergonomics: the length of the shaft and the bow handle are adjustable without tools, and the cutting head can be tilted in 3 positions. A further advantage is the flexible fold-down spacer, which allows precise and gentle cutting around trees, bushes and objects – leaving almost no residue.

Thanks to the variable speed control of the electric motor, the speed can be continuously adapted to the specific application. This reduces power consumption and extends battery life. STIHL The FSA 50 comes standard with the STIHL AutoCut C 3-2 trimmer head, which adjusts automatically when it touches the ground and can be conveniently reloaded from the outside without opening the casing. The STIHL PolyCut 3-2 brush head with plastic blades is also available as an optional accessory, which can also be replaced without tools.
