The BaSt-Ing ValFix screw wedge is a small and lightweight screw wedge. With an impressive own weight of less than 1.4 kg and an incredible lifting force of over 15 tonnes!

The high lifting force of the ValFix is based on a flat wedge angle of 10°, which allows for high lifting forces with very low weight.

To achieve practical lifting heights, ValFix features an innovative screw structure. The partially integrated screw is protected in the felling wedge, while the exposed half of the screw offers a long stroke for sufficient lifting of the wedge. Easy maintenance and sufficient lubrication, even during long working days, are ensured by the lubrication nipples on both threaded nuts.

The advantages of ValFix in summary: thanks to its compact design, no axial bearing is required, making the screw wedge particularly short. Weighing only 1.4 kg, it is lightweight and handy.
