Description

A radio remote control is integrated into a proven impact driver, which activates when a felling wedge is inserted. The impact driver can then also be used for other work, such as planting trees via DrillFast or in the workshop. The advantage over other radio-controlled wedges is that the drive unit can be used on an unlimited number of felling wedges. The machine can be deployed on subsequent felling wedges with a few simple steps. This feature offers a practical advantage. Each felling wedge has a defined lifting height and, if this is not sufficient to fell the tree, the user normally has to support the tree with props and rotate the radio-controlled wedge back on the trunk. With the Bast-Ing system, the machine can simply be detached from the felling wedge and attached to a second wedge. This way, the user never works under the tree crown while the trunk is moving. The ValRemote radio control can also be integrated with the ValFast impact driver or with the impact driver for ValFix and EcoVal. Thanks to the lightweight impact drivers, the user has a very flexible solution, applicable to both thin and more robust trunks.
