AS 62 4T B&S

Designed for mowing and shredding tall grass. The AS 62 4T B&S is particularly at home on flat terrain with many obstacles, such as orchards, and mulchers grass up to 90 cm high. Thanks to the freewheels on both sides of the transmission and the movable front wheels, the lawn mower is easy to manoeuvre. Ideal for private customers, service providers and municipalities.

Equipped with a Briggs & Stratton 850 PXi engine, the B&S AS 62 4T does its job reliably. The engine has a maximum power of 5.7 hp and a displacement of 190 cm³. The motor shaft and blade shaft are separated from each other by the blade clutch. This ensures the best possible protection for the motor, for example in the event of a collision of the blade with stones or roots. The high cutting force (torque) on the blade results from a ratio of 1.6:1 reduction in engine speed to that of the blade.

Equipped with a cross-saw blade system, the B&S AS 62 4T reliably cuts and shreds fed material at cutting heights of 50-100 mm. These are adjusted per axle, continuously at the front and in five steps at the rear. The tapered mowing hood also ensures an even and ideal crop flow. The operator can continuously select a ground speed between 1.8 and 3.8 km/h. The transmission’s two freewheels and movable front wheels allow you to steer, turn and maneuver comfortably around obstacles, even while driving.

The laterally adjustable V-shaped handlebar is equipped with VibrationProtect as standard, which minimizes hand-arm vibrations. In addition, the height of the handlebars can be adjusted easily and comfortably. For easy transport, the B&S AS 62 4T can be “folded”. This allows transport by car without a trailer.
