Noise embankments, railway embankments, stormwater retention basins, solar farms or wind farms often pose a major challenge for landscapers and service providers: hard-to-reach, impassable and steep areas must be maintained regularly. Thanks to its simple RC remote control design and enormous mowing performance, the AS 1000 Ovis RC is up to the challenge. With the remote-controlled flail mower, you can mow comfortably and intuitively from a safe distance. Thanks to the low overall height (only 69 cm) and the Vanguard Professional engine with optimised oil lubrication system, the flail mower has a perfect centre of gravity, which is the prerequisite for tackling extreme slopes and mowing under low obstacles. The low operating weight of 415 kg ensures maximum ground protection. The balanced weight distribution and robust track allow you to mow safely on steep slopes of up to 50 degrees.

Enormous cutting performance and individual adjustment for every requirement
The floating housing of the flail mower adapts to uneven terrain in difficult terrain thanks to the large pendulum stroke from top to bottom and prevents damage to the lawn. Variable mower adjustment: Optimal guidance thanks to an adjustable sliding frame (anti-scalp function) or an integrated device for optimal use in different ground conditions. Choose your personal setting for a perfect fit. The 100 cm wide flail mower (infinitely adjustable cutting height) with its narrower tracks allows you to comfortably cut up to a few centimetres from guardrails or other obstacles.

Huge mowing
capacity The enormous power of the Vanguard Professional V-engine is transmitted directly and with little loss through two belts to the cutting shaft. The proven engine with a maximum output of 23 hp impresses with its three-year warranty and its stable, robust construction. The reliable components of the YAK series, such as the robust flail mower unit and the belt spring tensioning system, are used in the new AS 1000 Ovis RC.

Simplified
handling and maintenance Stable tracks with steel inserts ensure maximum traction on extreme slopes. The belts can be mounted quickly thanks to a defined adjustment size. The automatic mechanical parking brake offers greater safety when working on slopes. Thanks to the compact load template (159 cm / 112 cm / 69 cm), the remote-controlled mulcher can be transported quickly and easily.

Maintenance-free shaft bearings, robust large-scale production hydraulic motors and a high level of safety are the main features of this mower.
