Conditions for return:
Products must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with original labels intact .
Returns of clothing that is worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted.
Return costs applied:
Switzerland: CHF 25 / CHF 150
Foreign (EU): EUR 400.- / EUR 550.
For high-value products, a deduction of up to 15 percent of the value of the good may be applied.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing by the Holder.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bellinzona or Arbedo-Castione (Switzerland).
