Description

The Forstreich TR300 remote-controlled felling wedge represents the latest revolution in felling aids! Based on the TR30-AQ model, it has been further equipped with a secure remote control, torque support, and sensors that automatically detect the front and rear end positions of the wedge. Thanks to the shoulder strap, the remote-controlled felling wedge can be comfortably carried over the shoulder. The rear handle allows precise positioning of the felling wedge in the felling cut.

The great advantage of this felling wedge is that any tree can be felled from a safe distance. After sawing the felling cut and positioning the remote-controlled felling wedge, the forestry operator can move directly to the retreat zone and initiate felling from a safe distance. Especially in high-risk felling operations, the remote-controlled felling wedge offers previously unimaginable safety advantages, not to mention better ergonomics. In fact, with the remote-controlled felling wedge, the felling process itself no longer requires any effort from the logger. Thanks to reduced effort during felling, the logger will be less fatigued. And less physical fatigue helps make fewer mistakes during a long and demanding workday. On 31/03/2019 the TR300 obtained KWF-Profi certification.
