With the STIHL MSA 260 C-O cordless chainsaw from the STIHL ALLPRO system, professionals in landscaping, forestry, and municipalities carry out their tasks particularly efficiently. Felling and pruning small to medium-sized trees can be performed particularly efficiently thanks to the chainsaw’s excellent power-to-weight ratio.
The combination of high mechanical power and low weight ensures effective and long-lasting work even during extended shifts. The interchangeable sprocket offers the flexibility to switch between 3/8″ P and .325″ pitch. This allows you to optimally adapt the MSA 260 C-O chainsaw to different applications. To ensure maximum energy efficiency, the motor features a 5-second activation time. If you start the motor but aren’t able to begin work immediately, the motor automatically shuts off after a short time, saving energy.
The oil sensor constantly measures the amount of chain lubricating oil present, helping you work without interruptions. This also reduces the amount of oil needed for the job. STIHL recommends STIHL SynthPlus, STIHL BioPlus, and STIHL ForestPlus chain lubricating oils. You can also use other clear vegetable or mineral-based chain lubricating oils.
