Upper material: Full-grain leather, hydrophobic, breathable, leather thickness 2.0-2.2 mm. Sun Reflect: reduces the heating effect of the upper leather caused by solar radiation; sunlight is reflected by the leather. Inner lining: GORE-TEX, waterproof, highly breathable, abrasion-resistant lining fabric, high climate comfort, especially for flexible alternating indoor and outdoor use and in warmer temperatures. Insole: Comfortable, cushioning, moisture-wicking, separate heel cup ensures good cushioning and foot guidance, “AIRFLOW” channels, “Perfect-Fit” marking for optimal check of the correct shoe size. XLR8: Technologies to increase performance, control, and endurance. Reforce generates a targeted rotational movement of the heel bone, realigning the arch of the foot. The adaptive heel counter adjusts over time to the individual shape of the heel bone, ideally connecting it to the shoe. Upon impact, the shoe is controlled by the heel bone. Balanced suspension absorbs impact, stores energy, and returns it specifically during push-off. The ergonomic last allows the foot to expand naturally while the shoe is optimally guided by the foot. The rubber outsole with a pronounced heel front is non-slip, abrasion-resistant, non-marking, antistatic, and fuel-resistant. ESD: Electrostatically dissipative shoes tested according to EN IEC 61340-4-3:2018, EN IEC 61340-5-1:2016. Toe cap: Anatomically shaped, ultra-lightweight protective cap made of fiber-reinforced plastic for the highest safety requirements. HAIX CO-System: Pressure relief, cushioning, correction of foot position, body alignment, muscle balance. HAIX Vario Wide Fit System: The width of the shoe can be individually adjusted using 3 different insoles. The red insole (medium) is supplied with the shoe; yellow (wide) and blue (narrow) insoles must be ordered separately. HAIX Climate System: The HAIX Climate System uses the pumping movement generated while walking to transport moisture to the outside via the Micro-Dry lining at the top of the shaft. HAIX AS System: The HAIX Arch Support System supports the natural curvature of the midfoot. This gives the toes and ball of the foot sufficient space, effectively preventing foot malpositions.
