Spire is a new generation mountain shoe for fast hiking. It uses solutions from La Sportiva’s DNA, combining them with mountain running technologies for a versatile, waterproof product thanks to GORE-TEX SURROUND® technology: an exclusive solution guaranteeing total breathability through increased ventilation surfaces on the upper, insole, and EVA midsole with laterally perforated TPU. The ventilation channels along the midsole are protected by a durable mono-filament nylon mesh to keep out debris. The mid-cut upper features Nano-Cells 2.0™ structure—tiny, breathable cells that work with GORE-TEX SURROUND® for enhanced airflow. The lower section integrates the Stability Control System™ for anti-torsion stability and ventilation. The Vibram XS Trek compound ensures optimal grip on hard, soft, and muddy terrain. 24-hour breathability and comfort.
