TRABALDO ALP

Not your usual down jacket. ALP represents the warmest third layer of the ALPINE CHALLENGE series, revolutionizing the traditional concept of insulation through a body-mapping system across different areas to meet thermal, breathability, and compressibility needs. The main body and upper sleeves are insulated with a blend of down and PRIMALOFT® wadding that combines the warmth of down with the water-repellency of PRIMALOFT®, ensuring maximum insulation even when the garment is damp (unlike regular 100% down jackets). In turn, down offers greater warmth compared to common synthetic wadding on the market. The sides and forearms are insulated with 100% PRIMALOFT® wadding to ensure breathability and faster moisture wicking, while preventing feather migration caused by constant friction.

Everything in ALP is designed with long, cold mountain days in mind, starting with reinforcements on the shoulders, shaped to resist backpack friction, on the forearms and sides. Even the hood is designed for alpine hunters: made from POLARTEC® THERMAL PRO, thanks to the natural elasticity of the material, it fits perfectly to the head ensuring warmth and minimizing any rustling.

ALP is completed with stretch inserts on the back, two front pockets and two internal pockets.
