AS-Motor’s family of ride-on lawn mowers for the highlands begins with the AS 799 Rider model. This lawn mower is powered by a 344 cc Briggs & Stratton Motor 3 Powerbuilt engine. The engine develops up to 10.6 hp and the transmission of the geared blades allows you to cut grass up to 60 cm in height. When the cutting deck is closed, the grass clippings are also brittle. The 4-stage adjustment allows you to set the cutting height from 35 to 85 mm. In addition, the cutter bar switches off automatically when the mechanical coupling of the blades has reached the parking position of the blade housing. The AS 799 Rider is driven by a hydrostatic transmission. This allows for optimal and sensitive speed control for each application. The speed can be continuously varied between 0 and 8.0 km/h in the forward and between 0 and 6.0 km/h in the backward.
