Whether it’s leaves, small twigs or grass clippings, with the new STIHL BGA 50 battery blower, cleaning surfaces and driveways around the house and garden will be child’s play. In addition, this quiet tool with variable speed control offers high flexibility for cleaning tight or winding areas, for example in garages or under garden furniture seats; the maximum blowing force of up to 11 Newtons also allows you to quickly remove foliage and dirt from larger surfaces. Since the blowing force can be flexibly adapted to different conditions, on gravel roads it will be possible to blow only the foliage without moving the gravel.

The energy required to operate the tool is provided by a 36 V lithium-ion battery from STIHL’s AK system. This modular battery system covers a wide range of tools designed for the most varied applications, as well as chargers and batteries with different energy contents. This is a practical solution if you own multiple tools with which to use the same battery and charger. For the BGA 50, the AK 20 is recommended, which must be inserted into the battery compartment integrated in the housing and thus contributes to the excellent balance of the tool.

In combination with the low weight of just 3.4 kg, battery included, it ensures a comfortable grip of the blower and allows you to maneuver the tool comfortably even for long periods without fatigue. The blower tube can be removed quickly and easily without tools to store the tool in a small space.
