The descent with assisted braking for your rock explorations! STOP is a caving descender with assisted braking that is used with semi-static ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm in diameter. It allows better control of the descent and facilitates rope maneuvers. Grip and use are particularly comfortable, thanks to the ergonomic handle. Designed in stainless steel on the rubbing zones, it follows you solidly on all your excursions!

Abseiling control:

Comfort of use:
– comfortable grip and easy to release the rope, thanks to the ergonomic handle
– handle oriented towards the user for better control of the rope sliding,
– reduction of the handle for comfortable descent,
– rope installation diagram engraved on the descender,
– opening click on the opening flange that allows the rope to be easily inserted, keeping the device connected to the harness,
– long connection hole that allows the FREINO Z carabiner to be folded over and make the descender captive when transferring from the equipment holder to the attachment point.
Excellent resistance, thanks to the pulley and the stainless steel cam.
