The biggest advantages of the STIHL RMA 239: it is lightweight, cordless and maneuverable. The innovative STIHL COMPACT battery system draws power from powerful lithium-ion cells. The batteries can be used for many other STIHL tools from this battery system by simply plugging them in. It works especially economically when mowing, harvesting and mulching afterwards. The unit automatically adjusts the engine speed to the power needed to mow as persistently as possible. The flow-optimized blade also increases energy efficiency. This saves battery capacity and increases area yield. But that’s not all: the garden tool also features a folding grass catcher box and a central cutting height adjustment. In this way, the compact mower gets the best results on small and medium-sized plots and delights all gardeners with its maneuverability.

Carrying handles
For easy transport of the STIHL cordless lawn mower, two carrying handles are integrated into the housing. They facilitate loading and assembly of the cordless lawn mower. The carrying handles can also be used as fastening eyes, for example to secure the mower with a strap during transport.
Foldable grass catcher box
The innovative grass catcher box is made of plastic and its folding mechanism makes it particularly easy to open and empty. Airflow during mowing directs the mowings into the grass catcher box and ensures optimal filling. Special blades in the basket direct air to the ground, protecting both the user and the mower from dust and dirt being kicked up. A fill level indicator in the grass catcher box signals the right time for emptying and prevents premature or late emptying.
Flow-optimized blade
The flow-optimized blade cuts grass with minimal resistance and circulates only the air needed. As a result, it consumes minimal battery capacity so that the stored energy is sufficient for the largest possible area.
Lightweight wheels
The running wheels of our cordless mowers are extremely strong and durable. To ensure effortless maneuverability and a perfect trajectory when mowing the lawn, they are equipped with a traction profile and a directional stability profile.
Central cutting height adjustment
The central cutting height adjustment of this STIHL cordless lawn mower is smooth thanks to spring assist and can be adjusted in several steps to the desired cutting height of the lawn. A scale indicates the current height. In this way, the grass can always be optimally adjusted according to the conditions of the lawn and application.
Polymer housing
The housings of STIHL cordless lawn mowers are made of high-quality polymer material. This exceptionally lightweight polymer housing combines high strength and robustness against the effects of force, heat and UV radiation.
Folding Handlebar
Thanks to the folding handlebar, the cordless mower can be folded quickly and effortlessly. This allows the STIHL lawn mower to be stored especially compactly or moved to its next place of use.
