ORTOVOX PALA LIGHT VEST M

The massive and bizarre towers of the Pala Group rise from the stony plateau. Climbing here, on the southernmost massif of the Dolomites, requires strong nerves and robust material. We have designed our MERINO SHIELD TEC line especially for these long alpine routes! The extremely abrasion-resistant outer material of the PALA LIGHT VEST for men passes more than 50,000 abrasion cycles in the Martindale test, which measures abrasion resistance. In particularly stressed areas, such as the shoulders and hips, additional inserts offer maximum protection against rough rocks. The 4-WAY stretch material gives full freedom of movement, which is supported by an athletic cut. Thanks to its membrane-free construction, the PALA LIGHT VEST for men is particularly breathable, while fine merino wool on the inside and merino MESH inserts in the collar provide an additional feeling of comfort. The athletic cut and elastic hems ensure an optimal fit and full freedom of movement when climbing. The chest pocket has space for a mouse, mobile phone, bar or other small items that need to be quickly at hand on a long day of climbing. For the sake of the environment, the entire MERINO SHIELD TEC line is also completely PFC-free and climate-neutral with CO2 compensation. With a fresh look, the PALA LIGHT VEST for men is therefore ready for big lines of climbing on high rock faces.

Elastane:
– Our sustainable MERINO WOOL comes from a controlled and species-appropriate sheep farm. It is pleasantly soft, easy to care for and ensures an optimal body climate thanks to its moisture and temperature regulating properties.
