In the E Light, the electro-welded metal plates are largely hollowed out and syringed with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. This makes the bars particularly stable and at the same time significantly reduces their weight. In the ES Light, the hollow parts are milled and then welded using a special laser process. This results in a very stable hollow body with an elastic lower and upper flexed structure.
