While the Data Controller undertakes to keep the information up to date, it does not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete or current. Returns and Returns (Online Purchases)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p id=\"wd-15aaf764\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">In accordance with EU Directive 2011\/83\/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without the need to provide reasons, except for exceptions provided by law.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"wd-91c3b4b0\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions for return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be returned <strong>new, unused, unwashed and with original labels intact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returns of clothing items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p id=\"wd-48e9bf42\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Return costs applied:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Switzerland: CHF 25 \/ CHF 150<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreign (EU): EUR 400.- \/ EUR 550.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For high-value products, a deduction of up to <strong>15 percent of the value of the good<\/strong> may be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p id=\"wd-fd91e5a2\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing by the Holder.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"wd-df4ca515\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><br\/><strong>Biohort products:<\/strong> for all Biohort products, it is not possible to cancel the order or claim compensation or a return.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"wd-cb577ee2\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Timber<\/strong>, <strong>granite<\/strong>, and <strong>Lawn tractor<\/strong> products and goods supplied\/delivered on pallets or in bundles: it is not possible to cancel the order or claim compensation or a return.<\/p>\n\n<div id=\"wd-921d4564\" class=\"wp-block-wd-divider wd-style-line\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-38aade4c\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\"><strong>10. Delayed delivery and storage costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p id=\"wd-b4a554a0\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">At the customer&#8217;s request, purchased goods can be held at our warehouses free of charge for a maximum of 7 days.<br\/><br\/>From the following day, storage costs will be charged as follows:<br\/><br\/>&gt; Goods up to CHF 500: free storage for 7 days, then CHF 5\/day.<br\/>&gt; Goods over CHF 500: CHF 10\/day.<br\/>&gt; Bulky machinery (garden tractors, robotic lawnmowers, etc.): CHF 20\/day.<br\/><br\/>Storage fees will be invoiced prior to delivery or collection of the goods.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<div id=\"wd-f51ca54c\" class=\"wp-block-wd-divider wd-style-line\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-d0fc5147\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\"><strong>11. Jurisdiction and applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p id=\"wd-fcf09207\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">These Conditions are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the <strong>Court of Bellinzona or Arbedo-Castione (Switzerland)<\/strong> shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<br\/>If the user is a consumer residing in the EU, the mandatory rights guaranteed by the legislation of their member state remain unaffected. <\/p>\n\n<div id=\"wd-5f1d5dda\" class=\"wp-block-wd-divider wd-style-line\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 id=\"wd-f527f940\" class=\"wp-block-wd-title title\"><strong>12.
