Special polyamide filters are available for working in snow.

Another practical feature of the STIHL MS 182: after work breaks, the engine is immediately ready to start again, because the combination lever with stop function automatically returns to the working position. The side chain tensioner makes it easier to rewind the chain, thus promoting work with as few interruptions as possible.
