Turned chestnut pole
The turned chestnut pole has a regular and uniform diameter, resulting in a practically cylindrical shape. It is particularly suitable for precision work. A length of no more than 3 meters is recommended.
These poles are processed using specialized machinery: the natural pole is initially turned into a joist and then turned. This process significantly reduces the risk of deformation over time.
Caution: the pole may release tannin. Special attention should be paid to adjacent materials, as tannin may stain them or compromise their integrity.
